Medical evaluation requested by a third party, such as an employer or insurance company or for other personal reasons. This includes adoption medical exams, pre-employment exams, employment exams, exams to join a sport team and exams to enter an education program. Our professionals provide thorough assessments to meet specific requirements. Note: we do not provide assessments to determine if an employee is fit to return to work after an injury, WSCIB exams, or medical-legal assessments. Contact us for the fee if you are a new client or company. The fee is dependent on the type of exam and forms required.
